Accounts & signing in
How do I set up an account with Sportsman Cap & Bag?
Sportsman Cap & Bag is a wholesale-only distributor, so accounts are open to businesses buying for resale — distributors, decorators, promotional products firms, and retailers. We do not sell to the general public.
Download the New Customer Information Form, complete every section, and email it to newcustomer@headwear.com with a copy of your state-issued Resale Certificate. We will review your application and follow up within two business days.

How do I sign in?
Click Sign In at the top right of any page, then enter your email address and password. You can tick Remember my email or Stay Logged In to save time on your next visit.
Tip: you must be signed in to see pricing and place an order.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot your password? beneath the password field. Enter the email address on your account and click Send, then follow the instructions in the email we send you.
I did not receive the password reset email. What now?
Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. Confirm you used the same email address that is on your account — the reset only goes to the address we have on file. If it still has not arrived, call us at 913-541-0901 or email info@headwear.com and we will sort it out.
How do I sign out?
Open the My Account menu at the top right of any page and choose Sign Out.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
How do I check stock before I order?
Inventory is shown on every product page. Choose a color and the quantity on hand for that specific item updates on screen, so you can confirm availability before adding it to your cart.
Can I save products I order regularly?
Yes. Use Add to my Purchase List on any product to save it to your account, then reorder from your list instead of searching for the item again.

Under Resources › Marketing you will find everything we produce to help you sell:
- Catalogs — browse and request our current catalogs
- Image library — download high-resolution product photography
- Videos — product and brand video content
- Flyers — ready-made sell sheets
- Eblasts — email campaigns you can send to your customers
